Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the A-Star Driving School website. Specific lesson arrangements, availability, prices, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.

Lesson enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Mark will confirm whether your location can be covered, suitable lesson availability, the current price and any booking conditions before tuition is arranged.

Driving tuition

Tuition is provided by a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). Lesson recommendations depend on the learner's experience, progress, availability and goals; no website statement guarantees a particular test result or number of lessons.

Payment

Current lesson prices, accepted payment methods and any block-booking arrangements will be explained before you book.

Liability

A-Star Driving School is fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The content of this website is general driving-tuition information and does not replace individual instruction or official DVSA and GOV.UK guidance. We take reasonable care over the website but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.
